We're the teen-run, activist-driven collective behind the clothing brand that's turning 100% of profits into planetary protection. Born from a business studies project that refused to stay in the classroom, we've grown into something bigger - a multimedia powerhouse fighting for people and planet through fashion, storytelling, and grassroots action.

As a Community Interest Company, we channel our energy into sustainable fashion, multimedia storytelling projects, and partnerships with environmental organisations. We're not here to greenwash, sell out, or play it safe. We're the anti-brand for the planet - surf-born, youth-fuelled, profit-free.

The Roles 

We're looking for passionate teenagers to join our volunteer team across pretty much any area you can imagine:

Social Media Management - Shape how we show up online, craft campaigns that actually matter, and help us reach the people who need to hear our message most.

​

Graphic Design & Creative - Design everything from Instagram stories to event posters that make people stop scrolling and start caring.

​

Content Creation & Multimedia - Write captions that cut through the noise, script videos that spark conversations, and develop our podcast series "Turning the Tide."

​

Communications & Press - Help us tell our story to the world, manage partnerships, and ensure our voice stays authentic as we grow.

​

Event Planning & Community Outreach - Organise market stalls, coordinate litter picks, and build the grassroots movements that create real change.

​

Research & Impact Analysis - Track where our profits go, measure our environmental impact, and keep us accountable to our mission.
