Most orders at Roots are crafted with care and printed within 48-72 hours, ensuring you receive your sustainable clothing as quickly as possible! Our factory is buzzing with activity Monday through Friday, so if you place an order over the weekend, it might take a tad longer to ship.We strive to provide you with estimated delivery times, but please keep in mind that these can be influenced by public holidays, bank closures, or other unexpected delays. The time it takes for your order to reach you depends on your location and the delivery option you choose at checkout.

Shipping Options

  • UK Standard: £4.50 (4-8 days)

  • UK 1st Class: £6.50 (3-6 days)

  • UK Royal Mail Priority: £12.50 (Next Working Day if ordered before 1pm Mon-Fri)

  • UK FedEx Standard: £8.50 (4-6 days)

  • UK FedEx Priority: £10.50 (3-5 days)

  • EU Standard: £7.00 (5-10 days) - No customs duty for orders under €150

  • EU Tracked & Signed: £16.00 (5-10 days)

  • International: £7.50 (10-15 days)

  • International Tracked & Signed: £16.00 (10-15 days)

For larger items like art prints, we use specialized services to ensure they arrive safely.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

At Roots, we care for the planet! All orders are shipped in sustainable, eco-friendly packaging. Our mailers are made from natural materials, designed to be rip-proof and splash-proof, and come with a fun, colorable design. Large orders are packed in sturdy cardboard boxes sealed with environmentally friendly tape.

Stay Updated

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date.
